Executive Search | Private Equity, Venture-Backed, Pre-IPO | C-suite and Accounting & Finance hyrUP is partnered with a PE-Backed eCommerce/DTC (EST) and, due to a promotion, is looking for their next rockstar VP, Finance. Preference for candidates based in EST, or must be willing to work EST hours (early morning availability). Base Pay Range $250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus and RSUs Direct message the job poster from hyrUP Highlights • Report to an excellent CFO • Manage a high performing analyst and build out a lean team as needed • Own treasury and capital markets • Partner with marketing team & CMO • Partner with product and technology team • Lead/own board and investor reporting and performance narratives, KPIs, sensititivies, etc • Own FP&A Experience Needed • 10+ years strong finance and FP&A experience, including working within a PE backed business • M&A experience and transaction due diligence (IPO, sale, recap, etc) • Strong experience partnering with digital marketing teams and product teams • Experience with company size $500M-$1B range.
