Job Summary
- Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our growing team during night and evening hours. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations by handling various administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while delivering exceptional service in a virtual environment.Key Responsibilities
- * Manage and respond to emails, messages, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
- * Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
- * Perform data entry, document management, and filing duties accurately.
- * Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- * Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
- * Conduct online research and compile data for business purposes.
- * Manage and update CRM systems, project management tools, and other internal platforms.
- * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- * Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role.
- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- * Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- * Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- * High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- * Fast and reliable internet connection.
- Experience
- * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related role.
- * Prior experience working with international clients or in a remote setting is a plus.
- Working Hours
- * Night Shift & Evening Availability (Flexible hours between 5 PM – 2 AM CST).
- * Ability to adjust working hours to meet business needs and deadlines.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- * Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures.
- * Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members across different time zones.
- * Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage shifting deadlines.
- * Adaptability and flexibility to take on various responsibilities as required.
