Virtual BDC Agent - SALES ( Fully Remote)
Position Overview:
The role of a Virtual BDC Agent, (Customer Engagement Specialist), is a vital member of the Virtual BDC department. Assigned team members are responsible for managing daily operations including inbound and outbound calls, text messages and emails.
Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following:
ย Call Center Experience is REQUIRED
ย Prior professional exposure to customer service, sales positions
ย Articulate. strong communication skills
ย Results driven, high-performance standards
ย Ability to work remotely, understand technology requirements
ย Required Schedule Availability ( All in Central Timezone)
ย Must be available 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm &/or 11am-8pm
Responsibilities & Tasks:
The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during oneยs time in this position.
ย Consistent oversight of all assigned leads
ย Schedule 10+ quality appointments per day
ย Accurate data reporting, performacec tracking
ย Professional presentation to assigned partners
ย Mastery of all Owner Connect scripts, word tracks & process
Compensation:
