Seeking a high-level, strategic Virtual Creative Director to lead all brand, marketing, and creative production across the brokerage.

This role is responsible for building a scalable creative department, owning brand standards, overseeing all marketing output, and driving innovation through AI and technology. The ideal candidate combines leadership, design expertise, operational structure, and forward-thinking creativity.

    Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Jr and Sr Graphic Designers and any contract creatives (renderers, video editors, photographers, copywriters)
  • Establish clear weekly production schedules and deadlines across all marketing initiatives
  • Review, critique, and approve all creative output before public release
  • Build and maintain a scalable creative team structure (designers, 3D artists, editors, freelancers, overseas vendors)
  • Create performance standards, KPIs, and workflow expectations for the creative department
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new creative team members
  • Hold weekly creative production meetings and maintain task accountability
    Brand Stewardship (REAL New York Brand Guardian)
  • Own and enforce the REAL New York brand identity across all divisions: rentals, sales, commercial, investment, and new development
  • Create and maintain the REAL New York Brand Guidelines (fonts, tone, spacing, color systems, imagery standards, layout systems)
  • Direct and implement RNY branded templates including: Stationery and office materials, Agent marketing kits, Listing presentations, Email marketing, Social media posts, Signage, and Merchandising and promotional items
  • Ensure all marketing materials across the company are visually consistent and cohesive
  • Audit agent marketing and enforce brand compliance
    Marketing Production Oversight
  • Produce and oversee all REAL New York marketing output across platforms: Social media, Email campaigns, Website, Listing advertising, Broker presentations, Landlord presentations, and Investor materials
  • Work directly with leadership to translate strategy into creative deliverables
  • Build standardized templates so agents can market properties without reinventing materials
  • Coordinate photography, videography, floor plans, renderings, and print production
  • Manage production calendars tied to listing launches and marketing cycles
    New Development Marketing (Very Important)
  • Produce and oversee all branded materials for new development projects
  • Manage project timelines based on leasing/sales milestones: Teaser phase, Soft launch, Official launch, and Stabilization
  • Direct and produce the creation of: Project branding, Logos, Websites, Brochures, Offering plans, Hoarding signage, Social Campaigns, Email Campaigns, Leasing office materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including photographers, copywriters, renderings etc
  • Ensure deliverables are completed before leasing deadlines (this is critical to revenue)
    Competitive Research & Innovation
  • Monitor competing brokerages and developers for new marketing trends and creative formats
  • Continually introduce fresh marketing materials, layouts, and content styles
  • Maintain a β€œcreative inspiration library” and present new ideas monthly
  • Identify emerging platforms and marketing opportunities before competitors
    AI & Technology Implementation (This is the differentiator)
  • Utilize AI tools to generate high-impact marketing content including: social media campaigns, listing ads, agent marketing, and building launches
  • Implement and manage tools such as: image generation, video generation, virtual staging, automated listing descriptions, and social media automation
  • Build internal workflows using AI so marketing production time drops by 50%+
  • Train agents and staff on how to use AI marketing tools
  • Develop repeatable AI prompt systems and internal creative libraries
  • Produce short-form video, reels, and animated marketing content at scale
    Digital & Content Strategy
  • Oversee REAL New York social media aesthetic and posting direction
  • Develop ongoing content pillars (education, listings, culture, agents, market data)
  • Create recurring marketing series (market updates, deal spotlights, behind the scenes, developer features)
  • Work with leadership to build Louis + REAL thought-leadership branding online
  • Supervise creation of video content including: property tours, agent features, educational videos, developer interviews, and market reports
    Systems, Workflow & Process Building
  • Create a centralized creative request system for agents and managers
  • Build a ticketing or submission process for marketing requests
  • Develop a digital asset library (photos, logos, templates, renderings, videos)
  • Manage file organization and naming conventions across all projects
  • Implement quality control and version tracking
    Vendor & Production Management
  • Manage relationships with: printers, photographers, videographers, rendering studios, sign fabricators, and merch vendors
  • Negotiate pricing and turnaround times
  • Approve proofs before printing
  • Ensure production quality meets brand standards
  • Internal Support & Training
  • Train agents how to properly market listings using company templates
  • Run quarterly marketing workshops for agents
  • Provide marketing guidance for high-value listings and new development exclusives
  • Assist leadership with pitch decks, recruiting materials, and landlord presentations

Proficiencies in Adobe, Canva, Capcut, Social Media (Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok), Google Sheets, Email CRMs (Brevo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), Figma, Squarespace/Wix

Familiarity with New York City neighborhoods and the local real estate landscape is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Requirement: Written and Speaking English

Required Hours: Must be available Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST

Pay: 3,000 USD Monthly
