- Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and organized Virtual HR Coordinator to join our team remotely. This part-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about Human Resources and looking for flexibility in their work schedule. You will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee satisfaction all from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities
- * Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- * Maintain and update employee records using HR software systems.
- * Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting communications, and scheduling meetings.
- * Assist in onboarding new employees, including sharing training materials and conducting virtual orientations.
- * Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and track feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
- * Support performance review cycles and maintain related documentation.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- * Proficiency in using HR management software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- * Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
- * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience
- * 1 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or training will also be considered).
- Working Hours
- * Part-time: 20 25 hours per week.
- * Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate varying time zones as needed.

- * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
