Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and eager Virtual Reading Specialist to provide targeted intervention for students in a school located in New Hampshire. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the students.
Responsibilities:
Β Deliver virtual reading instruction tailored to the specific needs of one middle school student.
Β Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve reading fluency, comprehension, and overall literacy skills.
Β Monitor progress and adjust instructional plans as needed.
Β Collaborate with the school and family to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.

Qualifications:
Β Valid New Hampshire Reading Specialist certification (required).
Β Experience working with middle school students, particularly in reading intervention.
Β Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
Β Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Β Ability to work independently and maintain a structured schedule.
