Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. VocoVision is seeking a motivated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual school-based services to K12 learners across Alabama. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the flexibility of remote work while still making a significant impact on student communication outcomes. Youll work closely with educators, special education teams, families, and related service providers to deliver high-quality speech and language support through our advanced teletherapy platform. As a virtual SLP, youll conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, contribute to IEP planning, and deliver services tailored to meet each students unique needs. You will support students with a variety of communication challenges, including articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, and social communication disorders. This position requires strong clinical skills, consistent communication, and the ability to adapt therapy techniques for a digital environment. Responsibilities β’ Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and generate comprehensive evaluation reports. β’ Provide direct teletherapy sessions using evidence-based practices and digital interactive tools. β’ Attend virtual IEP meetings and support goal development and progress monitoring. β’ Maintain accurate documentation, data tracking, and session logs in compliance with school and state standards. β’ Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and families to support student progress. β’ Adapt therapy materials and interventions for remote delivery. β’ Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student performance and needs. Requirements β’ Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. β’ Active Alabama SLP license required. β’ ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred. β’ Prior school-based or pediatric experience highly recommended. β’ Comfortable delivering services virtually; teletherapy experience is a plus but not required. β’ Must have a reliable computer, secure workspace, webcam, and high-speed internet. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
