A full-semester contract opportunity is available for an Elementary Case Manager serving students in a special education setting. This role supports the educational needs of elementary-aged students through effective case management and coordination of services, with flexibility for remote work via telehealth.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for elementary students.
- Coordinate communication between educators, families, and service providers to ensure compliance with special education regulations.
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation related to students' educational progress and needs.
- Facilitate virtual meetings and telehealth sessions to support students remotely when necessary.
- Advocate for student needs and promote inclusive educational opportunities.
- Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in special education case management, preferably within elementary school settings.
