Job Summary:
- Walmart is seeking highly motivated, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates for our Night Shift operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in Walmarts supply chain by ensuring that merchandise is handled efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our distribution center and ensure that our stores are fully stocked, delivering products to customers on time.Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, unload, and organize incoming freight and merchandise using manual or motorized equipment.

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to retail locations and customers.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.

- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track product movement and inventory levels.
- *
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as needed (training provided).

- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- *
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- *
- Identify and report damaged or missing items to ensure quality standards are met.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- *
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- *
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- *
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning devices.
- *
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- *
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- *
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is a plus, but not required.

- Entry-level candidates are welcome—Walmart provides comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Working Hours:

- Night Shift: Typically 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday (may vary slightly depending on location).

- Overtime may be required during peak seasons or as needed.
