We are actively hiring experienced Remote Executive Recruiters to join our growing Recruiting and Sales team. This stellar team specializes in Direct placement for Sales, Engineering, HR, Marketing and more in the Building Products and Commercial Interior Products industry.
Why Us / Compensation:
ΓΒ Competitive Salary + Performance-based quarterly Bonuses & Uncapped commissions on placements made & business development efforts.

ΓΒ 25-50% Billing Credit on placements made
ΓΒ 15-35% Commission on all cash-in

Requirements:
ΓΒ 3+ years of Agency Business Development & Recruiting experience
ΓΒ Cold calling experience
ΓΒ Strong phone presence & the ability to engage with C-suite professionals in the building materials industry
ΓΒ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Time management skills
Day in the Life of a Recruiter:
ΓΒ Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using internal CRM, market research, data Sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
ΓΒ Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts during calls
ΓΒ Cold & warm call prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that are currently available with our clients
ΓΒ Qualify and align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and a ΓΒbest fitΓΒ for the opening
ΓΒ Continually pre-close and close the candidate on the opportunity for which they are being presented
ΓΒ Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing Apply Job!
