 Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
 Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Previous customer service experience is preferred.
 Familiarity with airline operations and reservations systems is a plus.
 Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
 Proficient in using computer systems and software.
