Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Architect
Agilysis is seeking a Workday Time Tracking Architect to work on a client project. The client is implementing Workday Time Tracking in a number of countries and needs an Architect to lead the project.
Job Duties:
Consult with HR business stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the local entity, gather requirements for Time capture and recommend solutions to implement it in Workday
Interview clients, conduct requirements definition sessions to capture business needs, and research solutions to address complex business requirements
Perform data conversion activities including review, verify and test data of an acquired organization to be uploaded into Workday
Undertake configurations in Workday Time Tracking to support local business requirements. Serve as the functional expert in the analysis of the business processes to be implemented
Perform unit testing and facilitate end user testing of the implemented solution
Support existing implementation, provide end-user support and address issues with configurations or data
Consult on the integration of systems into the Workday environment
Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
Skills and Qualifications:
Solution Architect level expertise in Workday Time Tracking required
Knowledge of Workday Absence helpful
At least 5 years of Workday functional experience required
Excellent communication skills. Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation
Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
Strong analytical capabilities to identify and tackle problems proactively, research and present multiple solutions to problems. High attention to detail
Location: Onsite at client site in Chicago. Travel expenses will be covered for the right candidate
