Position: Workday Technical Analyst (Compliance/Reporting) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on Workday integrations, configurations, and custom reports. • Analyze technical logs, reproduce issues, and create detailed cases. • Support compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory testing. • Optimize configurations, SOPs, and processes for performance and automation. • Expand expertise in Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields). • Test integrations, interpret results, and document findings. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2+ years ERP experience (Workday preferred; PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP acceptable). • Workday Pro/Partner Certification (preferred). • Basic programming in C, C++, Java, Python, or C#. • Compliance expertise (SOX workflows, audit reports, role-based security, PII handling). • Agile/SDLC tools (Jira, ADO). • Regulated industry experience (healthcare, finance, government). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
