Job Role: Workday Transformation Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Remote with some travel – expenses will be paid by the client)
Pay Rate: $70-$75/hr. on 1099
Duration: 6 Months
Acceptable Work Authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD & H4-EAD Only
Description
Workday Transformation Lead contract 6 month to start some onsite needed for big meetings/go-live must be Workday Certified will serve as a right hand to the Program Director
- This person must be a clear communicator with savvy executive presence as they will be leading many high profiles meeting with stake holders
- Workday Project Lead with experience and expertise in the following areas:
- Project Management (especially for ERP and software implementations)
- People and Culture (Unionized and Non-Bargaining)
- Leadership Assessment, Development, and Coaching
- Global Supply Chain
- Full Cycle Product Development (Ideation to Production including e-sales)
- Operations Management
- Succession Planning/ Talent Review and Development
- Strategic Planning
- Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits)
- Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Project Manager on Workday implementation responsible for handling discovery, development, testing and deployment of 168 integrations.
