We're looking for a new Channel Order Specialist to partner with our Channel team to help grow our client's fast-growing partner sales group.
- As a Channel Order Specialist, you will support the Global Channel Sales team by managing deal flow and orders for customers that purchase through channel partners. Our client has a high volume of transactions, so the ability to manage multiple opportunities while keeping channel partners informed throughout the ordering process will be critical to success in the role.

- Manage new and expansion opportunities for deals sold through channel partners
- Utilize Salesforce CPQ to build standard and custom price quotes upon request
- Track, validate, and process new orders submitted through Salesforce with regular updates
- Process channel customer requests to downgrade or cancel subscriptions
- Process channel customer requests for free trials
- Monitor the Global Partner Inbox and provide L1 support
- 2 - 4+ years in order management, preferably at a SaaS company
- Proficient in data entry, attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (nice to have)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
- Process-oriented with an appreciation for operational excellence
- Knowledge of processing of orders on AWS Marketplace a plus
