Job Title:Test Drivers and Vehicle Inspectors - Portland, OR
Job Description
This position entails port quality audits and vehicle inspections at the following location: Portland, OR
This is not a WAH position and the employee will be required to work on site.
Essential Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Individuals hired to the Project shall be required to learn all Port Quality Audit Applications and tools to perform their daily tasks and responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following:
ΓΒ Utilizing Port Audit Website
ΓΒ Port Audit Data Collection Tool
ΓΒ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to report audit findings
ΓΒ Vehicle Test Driver
ΓΒ Tire pressure, gap and flushness gages
ΓΒ Detailed oriented
ΓΒ Update Tools as needed
ΓΒ Review Repair Lot Daily
ΓΒ Complete layer audits of inspection process
ΓΒ Layered audits
ΓΒ Special audit of Load Line Vehicles going to high warranty
ΓΒ Rail Audits
ΓΒ Project personnel shall be required to perform quality audits on vehicles
ΓΒ Complete 40 ... 50 audits a day for various areas
ΓΒ Individuals hired to the Project shall be required to submit all the audit results obtained during the work day before leaving for the day.
ΓΒ REPORTS AND MEETINGS
ΓΒ Report out weekly finding on all daily audits at the end of each week and month.
ΓΒ Keep trend charts on their assigned model.
ΓΒ Other various reports as needed
ΓΒ Consultant shall:
ΓΒ Provide all required reports in electronic format using specified layouts and software in accordance with defined report schedule;
ΓΒ Provide daily audit results collected by Project personnel
ΓΒ Provide accurate information reports generated by Project personnel when requested
Education:
ΓΒ Must be a high school graduate
ΓΒ BachelorΓΒs degree preferred
ΓΒ Clear driving record required
ΓΒ Experience in Automotive Quality Control / Quality Assurance preferred
ΓΒ Ability to work outside in all-weather conditions
ΓΒ Ability to travel as needed.
ΓΒ Work well with others and independently
This is not a remote/WAH position and the employee will be required to work on site
