Job Responsibilities May Includeรย
รย Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers via telephone & email.
รย Verify Patientรยs Insurance Coverage.
รย Claims, Denials, Appeals, etc.
รย Billing and Coding.
รย Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers.
Best Met Requirements...
รย Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.)
รย Experience w/ Medicare/Medicaid program administration
รย Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing
รย Experience or knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a HUGE PLUS!
รย Must have NO attendance issues.
