Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate / Partnership Manager to grow our referral and affiliate network. In this role, you will build relationships with industry partners such as customs brokers, trade consultants, logistics providers, and industry associations that can refer importers who may qualify for tariff refunds.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to expand our affiliate network and improve overall program performance.

- Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard referral partners and affiliates within the international trade ecosystem
- Build partnerships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, trade consultants, and supply chain advisors
- Develop and manage an affiliate/referral program to generate qualified importer leads
- Educate partners about tariff refund opportunities and duty recovery programs
- Track referral performance and optimize partnership strategies
- Work with the sales and advisory team to convert referred leads into clients
- Develop promotional and educational materials for partners and affiliates
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with program guidelines
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development
- Experience working with referral or affiliate programs
- Strong relationship-building and partner management skills
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and referral marketing
- Ability to explain complex services in a clear and compelling way
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international trade, customs brokerage, logistics, or trade advisory
- Familiarity with U.S. tariff programs, duty recovery, or trade compliance
- Experience working with importer networks or supply chain partners

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
