The Problems You’ll Solve We are seeking a driven and proactive individual to join the Rebuy team as an Agency Partner Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our go-to-market strategy for the Rebuy Partnerships organization. As a member of the Partnerships team, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential agency partners in the Shopify ecosystem, including digital commerce, marketing, and systems integration specialists. You will play a key role in building a robust pipeline of partners targeting hundreds to thousands of agencies, collaborating with Partner Managers to activate new relationships and reactivate prior partners. What you’ll do • Research and identify new agency partners in the Shopify ecosystem, including evaluating agencies and key contacts for potential collaboration • Engage with agencies that have previously worked with or are currently exploring Rebuy, using outbound strategies such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized messaging to rekindle or strengthen relationships • Set up and qualify meetings for Partner Managers with prospective and existing partners to discuss opportunities, implementations, and revenue expansion • Recommend how partners can effectively use Rebuy with their clients, including building audit reports, merchandising strategies, and personalization playbooks to drive experimental growth • Handle administrative tasks such as processing inbound leads, responding to emails and Slack messages, updating CRM systems, and tracking partner engagement metrics • Collaborate with the partnerships and channel sales teams to generate leads from existing partners, achieve activation targets, and contribute to overall revenue goals in a SaaS model targeting e-commerce agencies • Support co-marketing efforts by assisting in content creation, event coordination, and awareness campaigns with partners • Flexibly take on new tasks to grow Rebuy’s network of agency partners and accelerate their success Who You Are We’re stoked to meet you and get to learn more about you, your experience and your interest in joining our team. The Hard Skills: • Typically 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a similar outbound role within the SaaS, e-commerce, or Shopify ecosystem • Strong research and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-potential agency partners • Understanding of SaaS sales models, including lead generation, qualification, and post-sale engagement in an e-commerce context • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via cold outreach, with skills in personalization, video prospecting, and building rapport • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace for managing pipelines and tasks • Ability to work remotely effectively, with strong time management, organization, and adaptability in a high-volume outreach environment • Energized by building something new in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a competitive mindset and resilience to handle rejection • Set and exceed ambitious targets, including lead generation quotas, with a growth mindset • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Who You’ll Meet With After you submit your application, our team will review your resume.
