- *Responsibilities of the Insurance Customer Service Representative**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding directly and promptly to client inquiries and requests
- Developing and maintaining client service plans and managing mid-term changes
- Accurately preparing, processing, reviewing, and monitoring various documents such as certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, binders, renewal information requests, audits, endorsements, and proposals
- Responsible for new client setup and ongoing client maintenance in the appropriate agency management system
- Meeting with clients as needed to review clients' accounts
- Handling complaints, presenting appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and following up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- *Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Prioritize and meet deadlines
- Computer experience with Windows-based software and general office equipment
- Ability to work in a team-based setting
- Attention to detail
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Insurance background preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Active Wisconsin insurance license preferred or be willing to obtain upon hire
- *Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- *Licenses or Certifications**
- Active Wisconsin insurance license preferred or be willing to obtain upon hire
- *Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive salary: $43,000 - $50,000 per year
