They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior FullStack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading code reviews. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge Skills • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks • Experience with performance optimization techniques • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in B2B software systems • Experience in the insurance or risk management industry • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) Benefits • Competitive salary and equity options. • Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities. • A dynamic and collaborative work environment. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Comprehensive health benefits.
