Alera Group, Inc. is a growing company seeking licensed Health Insurance Sales Agents to join their team. The role involves selling a comprehensive portfolio of health insurance products while providing top-tier customer experiences and contributing to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Sell a comprehensive portfolio including -ACA plans (both ON and OFF Marketplace)Medicare Advantage PlansMedicare SupplementsStand alone prescription drug plansFull range of ancillary products such as - accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short-term medical and life insurance
- Access a full suite of agent-focused tools including -Phone systemCRM (proprietary)Quoting toolsSubmission tools designed to keep you organized, efficient, and effective
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that drives high sales volumes, leading to substantial bonus opportunities
- Contribute to the growth and management of one of the largest Florida Blue books of business in the state
- Handle inbound calls and leads generated by our organization while delivering top-tier customer experiences
Skills
- An active 2-40 or 2-15 State Health Insurance license
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Good attitude/ team player
- Current on Continuing Education (CE) Credits
- Must be computer literate - ability to use basics (no programming needed)
- Fast learner and an ability to adapt to a changing market
