Job Description
A company is looking for a S4/HANA Data Migration Consultant to support a large-scale transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA for a DoD client.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration workstream across multiple SAP functional areas, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data into SAP S/4HANA
- Develop detailed migration plans, including ETL processes, conversion timelines, and quality gates
- Serve as the subject matter expert for data migration decisions, identifying cross-module dependencies and resolving data-related issues
- Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Active Secret clearance required
- Hands-on lead experience in SAP data migration for both ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC 6.0 implementations as data migration or configuration lead
- Minimum 10 years of SAP functional and configuration experience, with familiarity in core modules such as FI, CO, and SD
- Advanced proficiency with SAP migration tools such as Migration Cockpit and IDocs
