- Actively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and market research strategies.
- Collaborate with the SWAT team to provide sourcing support for new sites, high-priority locations, and key accounts.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand evolving needs and deliver exceptional sourcing outcomes.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest level before presenting warm leads.
- Attend recruitment events and represent NAPA and/or Bridgecare to promote opportunities and build candidate pipelines, specifically early talent.
- Become a Phenom expert, utilizing the platform’s full capabilities for CRM management, talent analytics, and candidate nurturing.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the CRM (Phenom).
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience required, with a proven track record of success in proactive candidate identification and engagement.
- Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
- Experience using CRMs, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools (Phenom experience preferred).
- Ability to travel to recruitment events.
